Three ingredients, and you have the Eight Wonder on your hands. Is that simple. Made of ground peanuts, sugar and salt, this candy is extremely addictive – like the platform. Pronounced as ''pah-sso-kah'', this is a traditional Brazilian treat, popular in the whole country.
We know that our Paçoca lovers are mouth-watering to taste this desert. And that's why we prepared a recipe teaching how to make Paçoca at home. Easy to make, delicious to eat. You'll need three main ingredients:
2 Cups of roasted unsalted peanuts;
1 Cup of sugar;
Pinch of salt.
Instructions:
Mixture all the ingredients in the food processor, until it resembles a wet sand. Be careful to not overdo it;
Fill a small amount and round it in a cookie cutter, or choose the shape you want it to do your Paçoca;
Carefully unmold through the cookie cutter.
Now you can enjoy your lovely Paçoca as is, or using as a topping to other deserts.
